In the speaking profession, I spend roughly 100 nights a year in hotels. I have a soft spot in my heart for the housekeeping professionals who clean on average 15 rooms a day. I was blown away by all the extra touches the housekeeper at the Delta Prince Hotel in Prince Edward Island, Canada provided.
The clothing I threw on my chair was hung in the closet, my toiletries were organized perfectly, the paperwork on my desk sorted neatly plus an alligator towel sculpture placed on my bed to welcome me back into the room. I caught up with the housekeeper in the hallway and noticed dozens of sweet notes written by guests on her service cart. They were blown away by the amazing service.
Nice Bike housekeeper Iyana and the Delta Prince Hotel team!
Housekeepers have one of the hardest jobs in hospitality. It’s refreshing to come across great stories like this.
